As a result of the

transcoding quality of digital instruments they can occur

at all stages of architectural operations. The information

collected during analysis, design sketches, documenta-

tion, workingtechnological instructions as well as the

mechanisms of completed facility control and manage-

ment are structurally coherent. We are not talking about

a set of tools used in developing architecture anymore but

rather about an integrated system of coordination. The

expected structural, thermal, economic effects as well as

completion schedule and comfort of use can influence the

development of assumptions that is before they actually

appear. The simulation algorithms, just like Chaldean

plates, do not guarantee certainty. However, it is enough

that they present uncompleted visions with high probabil-

ity -

cyfrowych instrumentów powoduje, że mogą występować

we wszystkich etapach działalności architektonicznej.

Informacje gromadzone w czasie analizy, szkice projekto-

we, dokumentacja, instrukcje wykonawczotechnologicz-

ne, a wreszcie mechanizmy kontroli i zarządzania goto-

wym obiektem są pod względem strukturalnym spójne.

Nie mówimy już o zestawie narzędzi służących tworzeniu

architektury, lecz raczej o zintegrowanym systemie ko or

dynacji. Przewidywane efekty konstrukcyjne, termiczne,

eko nomiczne, harmonogram wykonania, wygoda użytko-

wania mogą wpływać na formowanie założeń, czyli zanim

faktycznie zaistnieją. Algorytmy symulacyjne, podobnie jak

chaldejskie tabliczki, nie gwarantują pewności. Wy starcza

jednak, że z dużym prawdopodobieństwem przybli

Artykuł 22

4. W odniesieniu do zamówień publicznych na roboty

budowlane i konkursów państwa członkowskie mogą wy-

magać zastosowania szczególnych narzędzi elektronicz-

nych, takich jak narzędzia elektronicznego modelowania

danych budowlanych lub podobne. W takich przypadkach

instytucje zamawiające muszą zaoferować alternatywne

środki dostępu zgodnie z ust. 5 do czasu, gdy takie narzę-

dzia staną się ogólnie dostępne w rozumieniu ust. 1 akapit

pierwszy zdanie drugie.

5. Instytucje zamawiające mogą, w razie potrzeby, wy-

magać zastosowania narzędzi i urządzeń, które nie są
